Return policy:

1.  Exchange or Store credit is issued if any item is returned within 7 days from date of purchase.

2.  After 7 days and within 30 days from the purchase date, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the store credit issued.


3. No credits or exchanges will be issued after 30 days.


4. All upholstery custom orders are final sale.  


5. All special and limited time offers are final sale.

Custom Orders

Please allow 12-16 weeks for delivery of custom upholstery orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to pre-measure all rooms, doorways, stairways, hallways and entranceways to ensure the new furniture will fit.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that the color selection, pattern, and texture of the chosen fabric are appropriate.

All custom orders are final sale.

Delivery
Delivery charges apply.

The delivery company will arrange specific delivery dates and times. Please allow for some variance in the times due to traffic and other possible delays.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on custom work.

Please allow 12-16 weeks for delivery on custom orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to pre-measure all doorways, stairways, hallways, entranceways and elevators where applicable to ensure the new furniture will fit.

If the piece does not fit and needs to be returned, 100% of the original delivery charge will apply.

It is the customer's responsibility to clear all passages to the final location of the item, including moving existing furniture, wall hangings, and ensuring the path is free from ice, snow, bikes, toys, etc.

It is the customer's responsibility to reserve elevators, loading docks, make arrangements with the concierge where necessary, and pre-arrange an appropriate parking space where necessary.

Customers should be at home when we deliver to ensure products are received in good order. If the customer is not able to be present when the delivery is made then an authorized person must be present to accept the delivery. A waiver must be signed at the time of delivery.


Pick - ups

It is the customer's responsibility to bring someone with them to help move, lift and secure the item(s). It is the customer's responsibility to come prepared with any materials they may need for packing and securing the item(s), ie. Rope, straps, blankets, bubble wrap, tape.

A waiver must be signed at the time of pick - up.
